Information You Submit

User-Generated Content: As part of our Services to our Clients, we enable Consumers to submit reviews and to comment on or rate goods, products, and services on websites and mobile applications within the WTI Space Network (collectively, “ User-Generated Content ”). Please note that any information provided in areas designated for User-Generated Content may be published on publicly accessible websites or mobile applications and may be read, collected, and used by WTI Space, its affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, and Clients. We advise against including sensitive personal information in these areas, such as your name, email address, or financial details. WTI Space uses User-Generated Content for client services, market research, product development, service improvement, fraud detection, and analytics.

Consumer Account Information: To submit User-Generated Content, you may be required to create an account with a WTI Space Client. During account creation, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other data (collectively, “ Consumer Account Info”). Both WTI Space and the applicable WTI Space Client may collect this information. WTI Space uses Consumer Account Info to detect fraud, prevent inauthentic content, and enable the creation of User-Generated Content.

3. Data Collection Sources and Technologies

Passive Collection: Similar to most websites and mobile apps, we automatically gather certain information. Our technologies may collect your computer’s IP address, the pages you visit within the WTI Space Network, the date and time of your visit, browser type and version, and other click-stream data (collectively, “ Analytics and Tracking Data ”). We use this data to operate the Services, enable User-Generated Content submission, and facilitate anonymous analytics and measurement reporting.

Types of Technologies on the WTI Space Network: We and our partners use cookies or similar technologies to collect information from Consumers on the WTI Space Network. This helps us analyze trends, manage the WTI Space Network, track users’ movements, and gather demographic information about our user base. Web Beacons: Web beacons are small graphic images placed on web pages, web-based documents, or email messages. We use web beacons to evaluate the effectiveness of our Services and analyze general user traffic patterns. They also help us transmit Consumer Account Information.

  • If cookies are disabled then the service cannot track reviews user have submitted or commented on, which may impact the ability to perform these actions. Additionally if user has chosen to have their login credentials remembered, then this feature will not work.
  • If cookies are disabled then users may not be able to submit content or comments.
  • If cookies are disabled or blocked then users will not be tracked via an anonymous unique identifier.

This content helps us build an index via our Analytics Services, which analyses large unstructured data sets. Before using or sharing content with our partner brands, we will seek permission from the content owner.

6.Opting Out

Opting Out of Data Collection

WTI Space provides an "opt-out" option that prevents us from collecting Analytics and Tracking Data from your browser across our network. To opt-out, please click the designated button below. Note that if cookies are disabled, this opt-out function will not work.

Opting Out of Marketing Communications

To stop receiving marketing communications from WTI Space, please use the unsubscribe feature in our marketing emails or complete the opt-out form here. If you receive communications from one of our partners and wish to stop, please get in touch with them directly.

Access, Correct, or Delete Your Information

WTI Space may process personal data on behalf of our clients, and we do not have a direct relationship with those whose data we handle. To access, correct, or delete your data submitted through a client, please get in touch with the client directly. If the client requests data removal, we will respond promptly.

If you have a direct relationship with WTI Space and wish to access, amend, or delete any of your personal information collected through our business applications or Website, or if you want to exercise your jurisdiction's data privacy rights, please log into your account or email us at privacy@wtispace.com. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that we may be legally required to retain certain information or continue providing a service in some situations.

7.Do Not Track

WTI Space follows the guidelines outlined in this Privacy Policy and does not currently recognize or respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
